2022 Entrata Swag Store Points Terms & Conditions

By participating in Entrata’s Greystar Roadshow from August 1, 2022, through May 1, 2023 (the “Roadshow”), you (“Attendee”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by and comply with the following Terms and Conditions. You agree that the information collected by Entrata from your participation in the Roadshow may be used for any legal purpose related to the Roadshow and the rewarding of Points as described herein. By enrolling in the Roadshow, you consent to the use of your name, address, and likeness in all matters related to this Roadshow, including any advertising or publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice or compensation.

You are invited to participate for a chance to earn Entrata Swag Store Points (“Points”). You can earn Points by 1) completing a survey, provided by Entrata, prior to a Roadshow Meeting, 2) attending a Roadshow Meeting, as described herein, 3) participating in the Roadshow meeting discussion, and 4) completing a survey, provided by Entrata, after a Roadshow Meeting (each a “Task”). Each Task is worth 100 Points. Attendees will earn 100 Points by participating in each of the Tasks, up to a maximum of 400 Points. The Roadshow shall take place at various Greystar office locations between August 1, 2022, through May 1, 2023 (each a “Roadshow Meeting”).   Attendees who have earned Points will receive an email after the Roadshow ends providing them their total Points, as well as a link directing them to a store where they can redeem their Points for items of value (“Redeemed Items”). Points are specific to each registered email address and are non-transferable. Store items have limited stock and will not be restocked; items are offered on an as-is and as-available basis. Points will be accepted for Redeemed Items until 5:00pm Mountain Time on Friday, May 14, 2023

Entrata will not replace any Points or Redeemed Items that are lost or stolen once they are in your possession. Any costs associated with accepting the Points or Redeemed Items, including tax, government surcharges, fees, or expenses will be your responsibility. Any unclaimed Points and/or Redeemed Items will be forfeited by the Attendee and will become the property of Entrata. No Points will be awarded to any person, whether eligible or not, in any jurisdiction where the Points are prohibited by law. Entrata will not permit substitution, transfer, or payment of a cash equivalent for the Points. Entrata makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee – express or implied, in fact or in law – relative to the use of the Points and/or Redeemed Items, including, but not limited to: quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular use.

YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THE POINTS AWARDED AND HEREBY RELEASE ENTRATA, INC., ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES (“ENTRATA PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO THE AWARDED POINTS, YOUR USE OF THE POINTS, OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE ROADSHOW. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ENTRATA PARTIES BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, REPLACEMENT GOODS, LOSS OF TECHNOLOGY, RIGHTS OR SERVICES, LOSS OF DATA, OR INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF USE OF SERVICE OR EQUIPMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING UNDER THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING RELEASE OF LIABILITY, YOU AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY LIABILITY OF THE ENTRATA PARTIES EXCEED YOUR DIRECT COSTS OF PARTICIPATING IN THE ROADSHOW.

Entrata reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Roadshow and the Points offer at any time without notice, for any reason, in its sole discretion.
